Sony definitely brings a lot to the table with its impressive line of new e book readers. Those who haven’t yet viewed Sony’s pocket edition digital reader, now’s the time to do so: Amazon’s Kindle definitely has some hard competition riding on its coattails. Sony’s e book readers are budgeted beautifully and the compact, solid design will please people who desire books on the move.

They say to grow something you have to exercise it; from a new habit that you may be trying to form, to a muscle or even the mind. Growing the mind is a process that needs continuous exercising, which in other words, means a lot of reading. Its no wonder the top professionals in most fields know much more than those in the middle and at the bottom. Unlike in college where you have to rely on big books when you want to read, an electronic reader will suffice when it comes to the world outside. That means no hardcover text books and no borrowing from the library.

Thanks to the expanded battery life of the Kindle 2, you are able to read for up to two weeks with the wireless access turned off, or up to four days with it turned on.
